Would you stop with your bullsh*t information? What 'experimental tools'? Mod Loader isn't a tool, it's an ASI plugin which makes IMG tools obsolete and does a better job than them too. Note: If you want to update GTA3 to 1.1 you will have to redownload the gamesfile.zip from VitaDB and extract its content in the GTA3 folder. If your gta is gta 3 or VC use dir manager (the only tool that works with gta 3 and VC,if you are using gta sa the best tools are spark and alci img tool,the experimental tools or obsolete ones dont count You are wrong imgtool dont work with gta 3 and VC, besides something made by fastman92 is not a simbol of quality (lot of his stuff crash or make error not present ingame)besides fastman92 img console is trough command line and have errors i tried to use it but it have an error on the current state so is useless just crapware.
If you're modding III/VC, the IMG console is the best tool available right now.
If you're modding San Andreas, just use Mod Loader. IMG console is probably the best tool for III/VC and even the standard IMG tool works with III/VC. Now if is gta vc or gta 3 you need another tool called dirmanager is the only tool that work with gta 3 and gta vc
